The prices are for the stated number of people per day.

Children up to their 3rd birthday stay free.

The local tax is € 3.20 per person per day. Children and young people under the age of 14 are exempt from the tax.

The prices include: water, electricity, heating and 10% VAT (any changes must be calculated).

We charge a daily rate of € 15.00 for pets.

For the binding reservation, we ask you to transfer a deposit of 30% of the total price (which will be charged) to the following account:

PAYMENT: Upon arrival at House Tschivon in cash (up to € 2,999) or in advance by bank transfer to the account listed above or with EC or credit card:

CANCELLATION: please take out travel cancellation insurance!

For cancellations up to 30 days before the start of the trip, the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.

According to Italian law, cancellations between the 30th day before departure and the day of arrival or early departure will result in the full amount being charged.

Included services:

Alto Adige Guest Pass Scena. Use all public transport services of the South Tyrolean network AltoAdigemobilità with one ticket.

WiFi

Parking: partially covered car park directly at the facility (Tschivon), reserved parking space in the underground car park (Der Blaue Reiter), reserved parking space directly at the facility (Andreas Hofer)

Linen: hand and bath towels, bed linen and kitchen towels are provided. Change twice a week.

Information:

ARRIVAL: the apartments are ready for occupancy between 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. The key handover takes place in House Tschivon.

DEPARTURE: please vacate the apartments for the cleaning staff by 10.00 a.m. at the latest.

BREAKFAST: House Tschivon: bread roll service or breakfast in the 3-star neighbouring hotel can be booked by arrangement. Andreas Hofer and Der Blaue Reiter: the popular Breakfast Café "Emmi" is just round the corner.

SHOPPING: grocery shops, bars, restaurants, ice cream parlour and bus stop approx. 150 m away.

PETS WELCOME: a daily rate of € 15 will be charged.
